First experience with peruvian food. The ceviche mixture was excellent, very fresh tasting lots of lime and garlic! Definitely recommend. Had a peruvian Lager which was tasty and the grilled fish. All was very good. The server was very friendly and would go again!
Absolutely amazing. Brought 3 picky eaters here and they absolutely loved everything they tried. Maduros, Ahi Tuna, grilled chicken, salmon, all among the best we’ve ever had. So good we had to order more ahi tuna and maduros before we asking out of there. All prepared by the original owner himself, from Peru where he started his first restaurant in the 80s. Get off the pier and eat some authentic food for half the price!!
I stopped in here for takeout at lunch time and and it was fantastic. I ordered the pan seared fish lunch special that came with rice and a small salad. It was cooked perfectly, rice was exactly how I like it, and presentation was good. Customer service was helpful even tho they do not speak fluent English, it worked! I will definitely be back.
My husband and I come into Cocoa Beach every few months to see friends. We noticed El Buzo when we were going to Publix. We went back for dinner on a whim. We'd never had Peruvian food, and always trey to support local places over chain restaurants. We ate so glad we went! There was no wait, and we were greeted by Yohana and Tomas. They were so friendly and welcoming as we told them we'd never tried Peruvian food. They both humored us while we tried ordering in Spanish. Husband had the Ceviche Mixto made spicy and he tried two different Peruvian beers. He thoroughly enjoyed his food and his beers. I tried the a piece of the shrimp device, and it was good and spicy. I had the pan seared fish with white rice and salad. I love my meal! The fish was cooked perfectly with the light lemon and butter sauce and paired perfectly with the rice. I gave my husband half of the rice to mix in his ceviche. We couldn't resist trying the tres leches cake. It was also delicioso! The food and service was great! I learned that El Buzo means "The Diver" which made the decor make a lot of sense because the walls were covered with pictures of divers. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be back again! All pics were taken after we started eating, sorry.
Great Peruvian food. We were excited to try this place on our way to a family cruise and we were not let down. The quality of the fish was fresh and really good. We tried almost everything on the menu during our visit. Not a single plate came out disappointing. Thomas was a great waiter and made us feel comfortable during our visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a Peruvian food cravings. The ceviche is just like in Lima, must try.
